@kriti.opus“1. Haider is one of my all time favourite movies. This song from its sound track isSO experimental. It has 3 time signature changes and feels like a trip. It feels equal parts jazz and Indian Ghazal-esque. Love love love. 2. The Beatles are known to not take musical composition too seriously and this songs SCREAMS it. It feels more talking than singing and yet is so musically iconic. This song was part of the iconic Rooftop Jam and its in this song that Lennon makes up gibberish lyrics at one point XD 3. Billy Joel just hits a nerve man. I would have enlisted Piano Man but its super popular. This song is so heartfelt and so sincere and snarky I LOVE IT. In this song I see a woman whose actions can definitely be classified as strong or cruel or loving but either way, at the end of the day, "she's only a woman to me" :) (Sorry for the low-key essay, I got too excited :"))”
